Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2026
Our Commitment
Meet4.Gift, operated by Imberium Global Inc., prioritizes your privacy and is dedicated to providing a secure user experience. We strive to keep the information you provide confidential and use it solely for the purposes outlined in this policy. This document explains how your data is collected, utilized, and shared when you access our services or interact with us.
Applicability of This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy covers all information collected from current and former users and visitors of our web and mobile applications. Even after you are no longer a customer, we will continue to share your information as described herein. This policy applies specifically to our Services and does not extend to other Meet4.Gift offerings. It also addresses how we handle personally identifiable information shared with us by our business partners.
Information Collected
When you use our Services, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email, zip code, phone number, occupation, and interests. We also automatically collect data from your browser, including your IP address and browser type. To ensure a secure environment, we may request additional information to verify your identity and manage compliance. Additionally, we may obtain data from third-party services for identity verification and fraud prevention. If you disagree with our data collection practices, you may face limitations or restrictions in using our Services.
AI-derived behavioral signals: In addition to information you directly provide, we collect aggregated behavioral signals derived from AI analysis of messages you send. These signals include inferred interests, communication style metrics, sentiment indicators, and personality signals. These are stored as numeric scores and topic labels — not as raw text — and are used solely for internal match optimization. They are not considered "personal information" for the purposes of identity, are never shared with other users, and can be deleted upon request (see "Choices" section and Terms Section 13a).
Payment and deposit information: When you deposit credits via Zelle, we collect the sender name and confirmation number you provide, and our system reads relevant Zelle notification emails in the platform inbox to verify the payment. When you deposit via cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, or Solana networks), we collect your sender wallet address for transaction verification. Blockchain transaction data is publicly visible on the respective blockchain networks. We do not store private keys or access your crypto wallet beyond reading inbound transaction records to the platform collection address. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses you save in your profile are stored securely and used solely to verify deposit transactions.
How We Use Personal Data
Meet4.Gift uses this information to:
- Provide, maintain, and enhance our Services;
- Personalize the content you see;
- Offer customer support;
- Ensure the safety of Meet4.Gift and its users, including blocking spammers and enforcing our Terms of Use;
- Notify you about service updates, security alerts, and other important messages;
- Communicate about products, promotions, and events that may interest you (see "Choices" below for opt-out information);
- Monitor and analyze trends and usage related to the Services;
- AI-assisted processing: Your profile data, deposit information, and communications may be processed by AI systems for matching, payment verification, content moderation, and conversation analysis. AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate. See our Terms of Use (Sections 13 and 13a) for the full AI disclaimer and your rights.
- AI conversation analysis: Messages you send on the platform may be periodically analyzed by AI to extract aggregated behavioral signals — such as topics of interest, communication style, sentiment, and personality indicators — for the purpose of improving your match recommendations. Only signals you generate (messages you write) are analyzed; messages sent to you are not included. Raw message content is never retained by the AI system after analysis. Only the resulting aggregated signals are stored on your account, are used solely for internal matching purposes, and are never shared with other users or third parties. See Terms of Use Section 13a for full details and your deletion rights.
- Legal consent records: When you accept our Terms at registration, acknowledge age-related or gift-related warnings, or make certain financial transactions, we record a timestamped acknowledgement in your account. This includes your registration consent, date-of-birth privacy notice acceptance, and gift transaction acknowledgements. These records are retained for legal compliance and defense purposes and are never shared with third parties.
Website Visitors
We collect aggregated information about user behavior, such as frequently visited areas and accessed services, using this data anonymously. This helps us enhance user experience and determine what services are most valuable. We may share anonymized data with our partners to help them understand user interactions with our services. Additionally, we may use data stitching to combine datasets for better tracking of website usage. Our website may employ Google Analytics. For more information on how Google Analytics collects data or to opt out, visit Google's Analytics opt-out page at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Information from Minors
We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or share information from any individuals under the age of 18.

Meet4.Gift does not verify the identity of its members. Profiles and the information contained within them — including names, photos, ages, locations, and other details — are provided solely by users and are not independently verified by Meet4.Gift.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action (including account suspension or termination) where we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is engaged in fraud, illegal activity, or a serious violation of our Terms of Use. Outside of such circumstances, we do not conduct identity verification on members. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution when interacting with other members, including verifying their identity before meeting in person.

The Services may include social sharing features or integrated tools that allow you to share your actions or content with others. Your use of these features can result in sharing information with friends or the public, based on the settings you choose with the third-party provider. For details on the data collection and processing related to these social sharing features, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective third parties.
Online Transactions and Deposits
Meet4.Gift accepts credits deposits via the following methods. All data is transmitted over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections:
- Zelle: You submit a sender name and confirmation number. Our system verifies this against Zelle notification emails received in the platform inbox using an AI-assisted parser. No bank account numbers or routing numbers are collected or stored by Meet4.Gift.
- Cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT): You provide a sender wallet address. We scan the public blockchain (Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, or Solana) for inbound transfers to our collection addresses. Transaction data is publicly visible on the blockchain. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys or wallet seed phrases.
- Credit/Debit Card (future): Card transactions will be processed by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. Card details are not stored on Meet4.Gift servers.
Although we cannot guarantee complete security against breaches, all payment information is handled in secure environments. At the point of payment, your registration details may be passed to our payment processing providers to better protect against unauthorized payments.
Accounts Payable or Collections
It is your responsibility to ensure that your account remains in good standing. If you have an outstanding balance or dispute a payment with your credit card or financial institution, be aware that we may disclose all information collected from your activity on our website to the bank or collections agency we work with. This is for the purpose of verifying your identity, confirming service usage, and collecting any debts owed to us.
