Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meet4.Gift. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Non-Discrimination Policy and LGBTQ Notice

Meet4.Gift is committed to providing an inclusive platform and does not discriminate against any user on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. All members are entitled to equal access to our platform features regardless of identity.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

Meet4.Gift strictly prohibits the following. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Human trafficking, escorting, and sex trafficking — any form of human trafficking, escorting services, or sexual exploitation is strictly and absolutely prohibited;
• Prostitution and solicitation — offering, soliciting, or arranging sexual services in exchange for money, gifts, or any other consideration is strictly prohibited;
• Scamming and fraud — any deceptive activity, including impersonation for financial gain, romance scams, or misrepresentation of identity for fraudulent purposes;
• Nude or sexually explicit content — posting, sharing, or requesting nude photos, explicit videos, or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• Illegal drugs — advertising, distributing, purchasing, or facilitating the trade of illegal substances;
• Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory;
• Content depicting minors in a sexual or inappropriate manner;
• Content that infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights;
• Unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
• Impersonation of any person or entity;
• Viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code;
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

MEET4.GIFT STRICTLY PROHIBITS ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ESCORTING, PROSTITUTION, SCAMMING, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Users found in violation will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

6. Two-Way Matching and Rating Requirement

Meet4.Gift operates on a two-way matching model. Dating is not one-sided wishful thinking — it is a mutual interaction. Accordingly, the platform's matching function is activated only after a user has been sufficiently evaluated and rated by other members of the community. By using the Service, you agree to participate in the rating and evaluation process both as a rater and as a person being rated. You agree to provide honest, respectful evaluations and understand that your own profile will be subject to evaluation by others as a condition of using the matching feature.

7. Contact Information Sharing Policy

To protect all users from spam, harassment, and unwanted contact, the following rules apply to sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, messaging app IDs, and similar identifiers):

• Sharing contact information during initial connection, friend requests, or friend-level chat is not permitted;
• Contact information may only be shared after a Dating Request has been sent and accepted by both parties;
• When a Dating Request is initiated, the sender is required to share their contact information with the recipient as part of the request process;
• Once a Dating Request is accepted, both parties may freely share contact information to continue communication off-platform.

Circumventing this policy by embedding contact information in photos, usernames, profile bios, or indirect references is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

8. Membership Tiers and Auto-Renewal

Meet4.Gift offers Free, Silver, Gold, and Diamond membership tiers. Core platform features — including friend requests, dating requests, messaging, and contact sharing — are available to all free members at no cost. Paid tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) provide enhanced matching accuracy, additional dating bonds, and advanced screening filters.

Paid memberships are billed monthly on the same calendar day you originally subscribed, deducted automatically from your Meet4 credits balance. If your credits balance is insufficient on the billing date, your membership will be downgraded to the free tier and you will be notified by email. Meet4.Gift reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and availability at any time with reasonable notice.

Non-Refundable: All membership fees, subscription charges, and platform service fees (including gift service fees and transaction fees) are non-refundable once charged. If your membership is cancelled or downgraded, no pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the billing period.

9. Credits and Virtual Currency

Meet4.Gift offers a credits system for depositing funds and paying for platform services including paid memberships and optional gifts. Credits can be deposited via Zelle, cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT on supported networks), or other methods listed on the credits page. Deposited credits remain yours and can always be withdrawn to your designated payment method at your direction, subject to the withdrawal fees and minimum amounts described on the credits page. Note that credits spent on membership fees, service charges, or gift fees are consumed and cannot be recovered (see Section 7). Meet4.Gift reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the credits system at any time.

User Responsibility for Transfer Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and correct deposit and withdrawal information (including wallet addresses, Zelle contacts, and mailing addresses). Meet4.Gift is not responsible for any loss, delay, or failed transfer resulting from incorrect information provided by you. All transfers may be subject to delays due to banking processing times, blockchain network congestion, third-party payment provider policies, or other circumstances beyond our control. Meet4.Gift does not guarantee delivery times for any deposit or withdrawal.

9a. Gift-Holding Service and Gifts Policy

Meet4.Gift provides a "gift-holding" service that allows members to send optional virtual gifts (in credits) to other members as a voluntary gesture of interest or appreciation. There is no consideration for these transactions — gifts are purely voluntary presents and are never a payment for companionship, dates, or any other service.

For gift senders: Once you send a gift, the gifted amount no longer belongs to you. Meet4.Gift holds the gift and has final authority to release it to the recipient or return it to you according to these Terms. A service fee is charged on top of the gifted amount. Once sent, the transaction is final — you cannot request a refund, reversal, or pursue legal action against Meet4.Gift regarding the transfer or associated fees.

For gift recipients: Upon acceptance, a platform service fee is deducted directly from the gift amount before credits are added to your balance. You are fully responsible for any tax liability arising from gift receipt under your national, federal, or local tax laws. Meet4.Gift will not withhold taxes or cover any tax obligations on your behalf. By accepting a gift, you waive any right to contest the service fee or take legal action against Meet4.Gift related to the gift or its processing.

Meet4.Gift strictly prohibits using the gift system to solicit or facilitate prostitution, escorting, or any other illegal activity. Any user found using the gift feature for illegal purposes will be immediately and permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.

9b. Anonymous Accounts

Meet4.Gift supports anonymous accounts. You are not required to disclose your real name, photo, or other identifying information to use the Service. However, you remain fully responsible for all activity under your account and must comply with all applicable laws regardless of whether your account is anonymous.

We strongly recommend verifying the identity of any person you interact with before meeting offline. Suggested precautions include video calling, requesting government-issued ID verification, and always choosing a public place for any first meeting. Meet4.Gift is not responsible for any harm resulting from offline interactions between users.

10. Intellectual Property

Meet4.Gift owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Share contact information through the platform in violation of our Contact Sharing Policy (Section 6);
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems;
• Use the Service in order to damage Meet4.Gift or any of Meet4.Gift's related websites, services, or reputation.

12. Termination

Meet4.Gift reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Money Holding Policy

Any amounts held, transferred, or gifted between members through the platform (including gifts, tips, or other arrangements) do not belong to Meet4.Gift. Such amounts will be released or distributed according to the platform's holding policy. Only the service fee charged alongside the transaction is regulated by this Agreement. Meet4.Gift reserves the right to modify the money holding policy at any time.

14. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Meet4.Gift uses artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies in various parts of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Payment verification — parsing and verifying payment-related communications (e.g., reading Zelle notification emails to match deposit amounts and sender information);
• Matching and scoring — algorithms that evaluate compatibility between users based on profile attributes, personality test results, and behavioral signals;
• Content moderation — detecting and blocking prohibited contact information in messages to enforce our Contact Sharing Policy;
• Conversation analysis — periodically analyzing the content of messages you send to extract aggregated behavioral signals (such as topics of interest, communication style, and personality indicators) for the purpose of improving match quality and personalizing your experience. See Section 13a below for full details;
• Other platform features as may be introduced from time to time.

AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: AI systems are probabilistic and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. Meet4.Gift makes no warranty that any AI-assisted feature will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-assisted payment verification (including Zelle matching) may fail to detect a valid payment or may incorrectly flag a transaction. Meet4.Gift is not liable for any delay, loss of credits, or financial loss resulting from AI parsing errors;
• AI-generated match scores and compatibility recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of compatibility or relationship success;
• AI conversation analysis produces aggregated signals that may not accurately reflect your personality, interests, or intentions. These signals are used internally to improve matches and are never presented to you or other users as definitive conclusions;
• Meet4.Gift is not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs, suggestions, or scores;
• AI moderation may not catch all prohibited content. Users remain responsible for reporting violations.

If you believe an AI-assisted process has produced an incorrect result affecting your account (such as a missed deposit), please contact us at info@Meet4.Gift and we will review the matter manually.

14a. AI Conversation Analysis — How It Works and Your Rights

To improve the quality of matches over time, Meet4.Gift uses AI to periodically analyze messages you send on the platform. By using the messaging features of the Service, you expressly consent to this analysis. Here is exactly what we do and do not do:

What we analyze:

• Only messages you have sent — not messages sent to you by others;
• Analysis is performed periodically in batches (not in real time) and only after a minimum volume of messages has been sent, to ensure statistical reliability;
• The AI extracts aggregated signals such as: recurring topics and interests, communication style, sentiment, engagement quality, and inferred personality indicators.

What we store:

• Only the aggregated behavioral signals derived from the analysis — for example, a list of detected topics and numeric scores;
• Raw message content is never stored as part of your behavioral profile and is not retained by the AI system after analysis;
• These signals are stored internally on your account and are used solely to improve your match recommendations and personal score.

What we never do:

• We will never share conversation-derived insights with other users;
• We will never display AI-inferred personality or behavioral labels to other users as facts about you;
• We will never sell conversation-derived data to third parties;
• We will never use conversation content to target you with advertising.

Your rights: If you deactivate or cancel your account, all stored conversation insights are deleted along with your account data. You may contact us at info@Meet4.Gift to request deletion of your conversation insights at any time without closing your account.

15. No User Verification — User Assumption of Risk

Meet4.Gift does not verify the identity, age, background, intentions, or any information provided by users. All user profiles, photos, and descriptions are self-reported and unverified. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use this platform entirely at your own risk;
• Other users and their information are NOT verified by Meet4.Gift;
• Meet4.Gift does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any user profile;
• You take full responsibility for your interactions with other users, both on and off the platform;
• You hold Meet4.Gift harmless and agree to no legal action against Meet4.Gift arising from your interactions with other users or from your use of this platform.

Meet4.Gift reserves the right to verify user identity in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms, at its sole discretion.

15a. Scope of Platform Responsibility — Online Only

Meet4.Gift is an online platform. Our ability to act, investigate, and enforce rules is limited strictly to activity that occurs on our platform. This means:

• Online reports we can act on: If you report a user's profile, messages, photos, or any other on-platform behavior that violates these Terms, we will investigate and may take action including issuing warnings, restricting features, temporarily suspending, or permanently banning the account;
• Offline incidents are beyond our reach: Meet4.Gift has no ability to investigate, intervene in, or take action regarding any incident that occurs offline — including but not limited to in-person meetings, phone calls, off-platform communications, or physical harm. We cannot identify, locate, or compel users in the real world;
• Offline incidents must be reported to law enforcement: If you are a victim of or witness to any crime or harmful incident that occurs in person — regardless of how the contact originated — you must contact your local police or emergency services. Meet4.Gift is not a substitute for law enforcement and cannot provide emergency assistance;
• No liability for offline events: Meet4.Gift expressly disclaims any liability for harm, loss, injury, or damages arising from offline interactions between users, even if those users initially connected through our platform. By using the Service, you accept full personal responsibility for your decision to communicate or meet with any other user offline.

To report online violations, use the report button on any profile or contact us at info@Meet4.Gift. For offline emergencies or crimes, contact your local police or emergency services immediately.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet4.Gift disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Meet4.Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Meet4.Gift is not liable for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meet4.Gift, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your interactions with other users; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

18. Changes to This Agreement

Meet4.Gift may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

18a. Account Security and Shared Device Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. To protect your credits and personal data:

• Never share your password or any verification codes with anyone, including people claiming to be Meet4 staff. Meet4 will never ask for your password or security code via email or chat;
• Shared devices: If you access Meet4 from a shared or public device, log out immediately after each session. Meet4 is not responsible for unauthorized actions taken from your account on shared or unattended devices;
• Email verification codes (OTP): For high-value gift transfers (over 50 credits) and all withdrawal requests, Meet4 requires a one-time verification code sent to your registered email. This code expires within 10 minutes and is single-use. If you receive an OTP you did not request, change your password immediately and contact support;
• Login location alerts: Meet4 monitors for logins from new or different network locations. If a new location is detected at login, a security notice will be displayed. If you do not recognize the login, change your password immediately;
• Unauthorized transactions: Meet4 is not liable for any credit transfers, gift payments, or withdrawals that occur due to your failure to secure your account credentials or log out from shared devices. We encourage you to review your credit transaction history regularly.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact us immediately at info@Meet4.Gift. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee recovery of credits lost due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
